As nature-based tourism has recognized the seriousness of environmental issues, tourists’ pro-environmental behaviors have gained the attention of scholars and practitioners. However, previous empirical studies have not considered motivational factors and destination-related constructs within the tourism context. With the data collected from nature-based tourists, the findings of this study reveal the significant association between personal values and motivations and the significant impact of anticipated positive affect on pro-environmental behavior among nature-based tourists. Also, the findings address that the impact of empathetic concern on pro-environmental behavior is moderated by a level of place attachment to a nature-based destination.  相似文献

[目的]研究旨在探讨环境公平感知和社会信任与农户低碳生产行为之间的关系,为促进农户生产行为向低碳化方向转变提供对策建议。[方法]基于陕西和甘肃两省的村域调查数据,以农膜和秸秆处理为例,运用二元logistic模型探讨环境公平感知和社会信任对农户低碳生产行为的影响,并结合分层回归分析了社会信任在环境公平感知和农户低碳生产行为间的调节效应。[结果](1)在环境公平感知维度中,人际公平感知正向影响农户的农膜和秸秆处理行为; (2)对社会信任来讲,人际信任对农户农膜和秸秆处理行为均有显著的促进作用,而制度信任仅对农户秸秆处理行为具有正向影响; (3)人际信任在种际公平感知和农户农膜处理行为之间具有显著的正向调节效应,而制度信任在两者之间具有显著的负向调节效应; 同样,人际信任在人际公平感知和农户秸秆处理行为之间具有正向调节效应,而制度信任弱化了人际公平感知对农户秸秆处理行为的影响。[结论]环境公平感知和社会信任是影响农户低碳生产行为的关键因素,且社会信任在种际公平感知和农户农膜处理行为之间以及在人际公平感知和农户秸秆处理行为之间具有显著的调节作用。  相似文献

Social categorization is predominately assumed to have negative effects on the prosocial behavior of host country national (HCN) employees toward expatriates in foreign subsidiaries. Challenging this assumption, I draw on the common ingroup identity model to propose that dual identity – simultaneous identification with membership in a subgroup and in a superordinate group – reduces HCNs’ intergroup biases and facilitates prosocial behavior. More specifically, I hypothesize that HCNs’ organizational identity has a moderating effect on the positive relationship between HCNs’ expatriate outgroup categorization and dual identity, such that this relationship is weaker when organizational identity is low. Furthermore, I hypothesize that dual identity mediates the relationship between expatriate outgroup categorization and two prosocial behaviors: information sharing and affiliative citizenship behavior. Results from the data collected from 1,290 HCN employees in Japan provide support for these hypotheses and the moderated mediation model.  相似文献

The article sets out to develop a deeper understanding of the drivers of switching behavior in an online grocery context, which is becoming a key area of focus for grocery retailers. Applying the push, pull, and mooring framework (PPM) popularly used in migration and switching literature, we empirically assessed factors that might contribute to online grocery switching. The results highlight that retailer-related push factors (customer service, issues with delivered products, technical issues, and high price perception) and competitor-related pull factors (WOM and alternative attraction) have significant direct effects on switching. Furthermore, the results also show that consumer-related mooring factors (switching cost and prior switching behavior) significantly moderate switching. The findings provide valuable insights to retailers on the drivers of switching behavior in online grocery retailing, which can be used to develop strategies to reduce consumer switching and hence increase consumer retention.  相似文献

[目的]农民耕地原子化程度不断加深,现行的家庭联产承包责任制已不能适应农村商品化和市场化的进程,严重制约了农村地区的经济发展。对山东部分农村地区农户进行耕地转入和转出意愿对比分析,以促进农村地区耕地流转提出可行性的建议,以期加速农村地区市场化进程,实现经济快速发展。[方法]以计划行为理论为基础,文章以行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制3个潜在变量, 11个可测变量构建农户耕地转出和转入意愿模型,以山东省6个地区549户农户的实地调查数据为样本,利用结构方程模型对农户耕地流转意愿进行实证分析。[结果]行为态度和知觉行为控制对农户耕地转入和转出意愿都具有显著影响,且标准化路径系数都为正; 主观态度对耕地转入意愿具有显著性影响,其标准化路径系数为负,对转出意愿的标准化系数为正; 11个可测变量分别对相应的潜在变量都有显著性影响。[结论]行为态度对农户耕地转入和转出的影响效果不同,转入耕地的农户主要从耕地固有价值出发,而转出耕地的农户主要从经济理性考虑; 主观规范中4个可观测变量对农户耕地转出和转入的影响具有一致性; 知觉行为控制中农户的契约意识对耕地转出重要性大于耕地转入。  相似文献

This paper analyses the factors impacting consumer environmental responsibility using a structural equation modeling approach. Consumer environmental responsibility is the intention of a person to act towards remediation of environmental problems not as an individual user with economic interests but as a responsible citizen having concerns about the social and environmental wellbeing of society. Therefore, awareness of environmental problems and knowledge of remedial alternatives will help individuals to pursue their chosen action and bolster a genuine desire to act and determine the measures for alleviation of environmental challenges. The four dimensions of an environmentally responsible consumer – opinion and beliefs, willingness, awareness, and an ability to act – are analysed. During the analysis, the dimension of ‘ability to move’ is found to be critical, because it has a direct influence on the capacity of the consumer to act. This research is intended to guide policy‐ and decision‐makers of regulatory bodies in understanding consumer behavior towards improving environmental performance index. It also helps organizational managers to make their supply chains green, and competitive, which in turn improves brand image and overall organizational performance. The impacts of adopting agricultural innovation and technology are widely examined. This paper synthesises 154 studies, which yielded a total of 600 estimates of the impact of adopting agricultural innovation and technology on production, social and economic outcomes. Using meta‐regression analysis, the empirical results show that the reported impact of adopting agricultural innovation and technology rises significantly over time, notwithstanding a significant publication bias. Whether studies find significant impacts of adopting agricultural innovation and technology depends on the use of experimental research designs, parametric method, endogenous switching regression and region. Our results show a large bias in the literature towards agricultural innovations and technologies that focus on high‐yielding varieties and thus, neglect other forms of complementary innovations and technologies.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Based on the theoretical foundation of emotion regulation, this exploratory study aimed to examine changes in tourists’ perceived well-being and to determine whether these changes were due to use of emotion regulation strategies (ERSs) during their vacation. This study used travel diaries to record tourists’ use of ERSs on a daily basis, and also measured tourists’ perceived well-being one day before and after their vacation. Results indicated that tourists had significantly higher perceptions of well-being after vacation, and those who used ERSs were more likely to indicate a higher sense of well-being after vacation. The results provide new insight into which aspects of tourists’ subjective and psychological well-being can be boosted by taking vacations and how these aspects may be enhanced by using different ERSs.  相似文献

A comparative vignette-based experimental survey design incorporating various socio-psychological factors, linked to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the Health Belief Model (HBM) and the Domain-Specific Risk-Taking scale (DOSPERT) was carried out to test variations in eight travel-related COVID-19 protective measures on Swiss tourists’ travel intentions. Among the tested measures, vaccination passports, surgical masks and quarantining are those that stand out the most, with surgical masks having the greatest acceptance and willingness to adopt while traveling. Quarantining, on the other hand, appears to have a deterrent influence on travel intentions, and vaccination passports have the lowest perceived barriers during travel, but the highest perceived benefits in mitigating the spread of the infection. The discussion of individual differences has specific implications for tourism management against the background of our empirical findings.  相似文献

Based on the contingency, transaction, and trust theories, this paper explored how the green cooperation between supplier and customer in last-mile logistics contributes to consumers’ sustainable consumption behaviors and trust and transaction cost's contingency role. We collected survey data from 453 users of green shopping platforms in South Korea (e.g., Homepick and Smart Locker) and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. The results suggest that green cooperation with companies positively affects consumers’ sustainable consumption behaviors and trust, and transaction costs negatively moderate such relationships. In addition, customer trust positively affects sustainable consumption behavior and loyalty. We also found that improved sustainable consumption behavior can form loyalty, but transaction cost decreases its positive impact. This paper evaluates the last-mile delivery through green cooperation and enriches the literature on contingency, transaction cost, and trust theories.  相似文献
